I am a 14 year boy.studying 9th grade .when i was studying 8th grade .I just met a guy on fb through my friends account. He was my senior(9th).It was her fake account i used to check it.I  found this guy.i started to chat with him through her account till 2 months.after that i sended him request from my account .we used to talk a lot.i used to enjoy every moment I was with him.He blocked his old account and I felt very bad .I used too miss him a lot .then i realised that i was in love with him.he made his new account but couldn’t send me a request my account carries privacy settings. My friends got to know about my love and they asked me or probably proposed him.I created a fake account and proposed him.He couldn’t even guess it was me.I just said to his friend who is also my friend(common friend).that i was only that girl who proposed him everyone of his friends and he too was shocked because i was not that type of girl.I was decent and friendly to friends, teachers and well wishers and danger to enemies. He just went away unfriended me from fb. He stopped talking with me.My heart broked into pieces.I loved him a lot. After some months i found he used to have a gf who is also 10th after a few days i got to know that they broke up.he is one of the poplour guys in school.now i am studying 9th he is studying 10th.I thought to atleast be his  friend if not lover .I said sorry through the same common friend. He accepted it and we became friends again but my teacher got to know about my love and she scolded me.He blocked me from fb. nearly a month passed and I thought to focus my career and leave him.My class mate loves him now but I don’t know why I am feeling jealous.they are many rumours on him that he is loving his ex-girlfriend’s best friend but I don’t think so.His classmate is my friend but she is like my big sister she said he is not good.He is a player..etc.I dont know what to do??? (or) how to react????? .I  think i am still in love with him!!! and the worst thing is that i don’t have a mom to share with..my dad is always busy (divorced)and i am suffering from depression trying to overcome it..shall i follow my teacher words and concentrate on my career.so finally you got to know the reason why I labelled my love story as confused love. Many questions but no answers..waiting for god’s miracle!!!

Love story

Every story has a beginning……

But some stories never have their end… !!!

…. After a long time he saw her again. She gave him the same smile and his eyes was not ready to miss a single look of her..,, the similar big cute eyes with full of joy and inspirations in them. She asked the boy, if he is okay;; and the boy was quite. In a moment she passed away, with the same tease in her heart of losing a friend… And tears rolled on,, from his eyes wondering the time they’ve spent together…!!!

It was the time of their college life… The cool life…!!!

The BOY: Mischievous bad boy, with bad image in college among all faculties,, but yet a good friend with good heart for all his colleagues; with whom he always use to enjoy; drinking, smoking ,etc… Often he comes to college but never reach up-to his classes, with no worries of result’s he just followed the same routine every day, to which he called ENJOYMENT..!!

One year later. .. .
Now time for the juniors to come,, his group use to call them for having fun. One day, the boy proposed a girl among their juniors again for fun and to what his friends use to call as “SETTING” !!

The GIRL: Naughty, pretty not good in looks..but with beautiful soul. Everyone use to pretend her wrong for her frankness,, but she was the heart of her friends.

She took everything serious,, Yet refused!!!

She didn’t even realize that this was only for fun. She dealt the matter very friendly and instead of treating the boy harshly, she handled him with her soft heart. . .

The days went on & on, and they became good friends.. The boy really fell in love with the girl this time; and confessed everything in front of her one day.. She was normal and instead of shouting she smiled 😀 and

Said: Its OK..Be relaxed!!

The girl was comfortable with the friendship but not in the state of being in a relationship with the boy. She had her desires and some different goals for life… Her dream was more precious, then to be in a relation with the boy.

Love..

Care…

Respect….

& Expectations from the girl went on increasing for the boy,, with everyday passing and this gave birth to fights. One day the boy decided, never to talk again as he thought the girl does not understand him. The girl accepted and never explained anything this time. She thought,, if her friendship is strong he’ll come back again…

After some months he is back again, with a promise that they’ll be friends forever and the boy will not repeat the same thing ever. But his heart was unable to stop beating for her. He was strongly affectionate and ready to do anything for her.

The girl tried to make him understand that there is no future if they’ll fall in a relationship because of families, but the boy is not ready to except all this again. He again stopped to talk with her. And this repeated many several times.

3 Years passed away with the same thing again and again, and now the girl decided that if he’ll come back again, she’ll not treat him friendly. Herself respect was badly hurt and she accepted that she had lost his friend.

One day, her phone rang again. She picked up and the boy say’s sorry,, but the girl is not the same friend this time.

He did everything to make her understand but she is not ready to cry with the same tears anymore. After her so many tries the boy is not even ready to leave drinking & smoking and also she realized all the lies, the boy told her to make her happy.

She didn’t need that false happiness but she was hurt for losing her best friend.

It’s very hard to realize that you are no more important for the person for whom once you were everything. It hurts a lot when you see someday, that you lost a person who was truly indeed for you.

The boy realized what he had lost. He himself knew that his family will not accept his love…but yet he didn’t have a control over his heart that beats for her every day.

…..And she passed away, with the same tease in her heart of losing a friend… And tears rolled on,, from his eyes

wondering the time they’ve spent together…!!!

Because some stories never have their end… !!!

Love doesn't happen again

Prologue

What can i say about a guy who lost his girlfriend by the time the two of them were to exchange their engagement rings?

That he plunged into the deepest ocean of trauma? that, for whatever happened, he lost his faith in  God?
That he was so madly immersed in the love of his mortal girlfriend that, after she was gone, forever, he wrote an immortal love story in her memory?

Or may be that, after a long interval of time, one day, love knocked at his door once again?

ONE

Dusk had fallen when Shashi walked out of the exit gate of the busy Delhi airport. A chilly winter welcomed him for the very first time to "The City Beautiful". The evening was even more beautiful for it was Valentine's Day. Love was in the air and red was the color everywhere. The temperature must have been close to 4 degrees. Adding to the winter chill was the cool breeze which was blowing that evening, compelling the just arrived passengers to pull out their jackets.

Enjoying the initial few moments. Shashi left his body feel and embrace the cold surrounding him, but he could not bear it for long. Soon he pulled out his jacket and zipped it up till his neck. The foggy breathe that he exhaled was visible. It was that cold.

At the exit door, the constant announcement, the honking taxis, the crazy relatives and the masses of passengers all made the place chaotically noisy. A few taxi's drivers had besieged Shashi, offering him a paid ride. Amid the hustle-bustle of getting a passenger one of the drivers almost lifted his bag and asked,
"kithey jaana hai, paaji?"

Shashi quickly retaliated by snatching his luggage back from him. With his gesture he signaled  his disagreement to take a cab.

He then made this way out of the gathering. In one hand he had his favourite "The Times Of  India" and a half-filled water bottle while in the other he held the handle of his wheeled bad  which he rolled  in tandem with his walk. He walked till the parking lot where there was not much of a crowd. The place was calm, the weather was pleasant. Underneath a row of tall lamp post, there stood scores of cars. Shashi perched his back against the bonnet of the first car in the series. By then the exposed parts of his body has turned cold. He placed the newspaper on the bonnet and put the water bottle over it to prevent it from flying off with the wind. Looking here and there in search of someone, he rubbed his cold palm against each other and breathe out a puff of warm air to warm them up.

Seconds later, he pulled out his cellphone from the pocket of his jeans and switched it on to make a call.
"Yes I'm at the parking lot", he said and kept describing the whereabouts of the place he was at, until a black BMW stop right in front of him.

"Sah i-i-i-i-i-l!" shouted someone as the door of the car opened.

It was the nickname with which Shashi has been baptized during the college days, and it still hadn't left him.
His Friend Sourabh and Aman had come out of the car to embrace Shashi. A round of warm greetings and smiles occupied the next few minutes. It was nostalgic for them to meet each other after so long. The last time they had been together was during their first reunion which had happened almost five year back. Maybe that's why they couldn't help themselves from celebrating this moment with a long, melodramatic hug. It might have been bizarre for others to watch the three guys hugging each other on a Valentine's Day evening!

The headline of the fluttering "The Times Of  India" under the half-filled bottle over the bonnet of the car behind them read, "Supreme court finally does away with section 377; Homosexuality now legal in India".

Moments later, While happy dumped Shashi's luggage in the rear of the car, Shashi took the back seat and releaxed. Aman started the vehicle and Sourabh turned off the music system to enable further conversation.
They talked to each other for a while as Aman drove the car out of the airport towards the city.

After a drive of some fifteen kilometers, Aman stopped the car in front of a local bear shop.
"What happen, Dude?" probed Sourabh.

"Nothing much - just need to enjoy this moment as Shashi is with us, this calls for an celebration.
Sourabh ordered 3 bear, then we started with the old school and college talks.

We recalled many old memories, of bunking class, having bear after each semesters, first girl propose experience and many more.

Then Aman pointed us by taking the name, "Bhavana", (Bhavana was a sweet, sexy, intelligent girl) who use to be the crush of Shashi. After listening the name Sourabh started recalling the thing, and started teasing Shashi.

PRESENT DAY

Bhavana, Shashi, Aman, and Sourabh together use to go for their tuition classes in the same institution.
The first day in TIME class was really exciting for us, new student, new teacher and new classroom.
The first day of TIME class, Bhavana was the first to arrive in the classroom, next was me with my friends Aman and Sourabh, then the other student arrived.

Shashi had a first talk with Bhavana, that was not a talk basically was a formal introduction, we then shared our number and became good friend. As time passes away, after few month we became very good friend, you can say BEST FRIEND FOREVER. We started bunking the classes and going out for movies, park, coffee day. Everyday was full with excitement with a new dream in our head.

Then after 4 month of the classes, Shashi received a call from MNC company (Gurgaon) regarding job and he has to join the office within a weak with the post of Programmer he was really excited about the job letter offer and immediately decided to go Gurgaon. He doesn't realize that he would be going away from Bhavana and the thing will not remain the same.

Having bear together and talking about the past, the same topic was today also that is it true "you (Shashi) still love Bhavana". and we had a pin drop silent for a while, then Shashi speak, Yes, I still love bhavana.
Sourabh and Aman asked Shashi. Do you know where she is know. Shashi told NO, no did I have her number. Then after a few more discussion, we decided to go Aman house.

Moving on the way to Aman house, Their was a heavy rainfall, we decided to stay at the near by hotel, which was cheap and good. We all went to the hotel, when we arrived at the receipt of the hotel, we found only single room available, we were very happy, as the room was available. We got the Room key of 402. When we arrive near our Room, which was 402, we saw two beautiful girl near our room. We just thought in our mind, that now the thing will be good and happening. We started with hello and continued the talk till we exchanged the number. The room was booked separately for us and for them, but as to continue the conversation, we stayed in the same room and the talk began. After few hour, we became frank as good friend and share our secret, we came to know that they are new to this place and they have arrive here to see this place. As Aman and Sourabh used to stay at this place, so they were having the good knowledge of this place, where to stay, where to eat, the places to see.

We decide that we will be with them in this trip, the girl name were Pooja and Sakshi, they were both from Ranchi. We planned the trip and decide to complete this trip within a week as she was here for a weak.
We first plan to visit the Disco as it was night, so we thought to enjoy each and every moment, we went to the Disco as Disco entry for Couple in the Saturday night are free, and today it was Saturday, so we thought to go their and enjoy. It was 11:30 PM we reach their with full party Mood, we went to the SOCIAL club, famous in the town, we had a drink and some fast food order, and at the time of the BILL PAYMENT we realize the impact of GST as it was a shocking, we received double amount bill, that beacuse of the GST tax.
Over all we ignored the GST issue that time and payed the bill and enjoyed the party.

By 01:00 AM the disco used to get close, we hired the paid cab, and went to our hotel, the same hotel.
We then met at the afternoon, the day was pleasant with cloudy weather. We planned to visit the historical place, we then continued the trip to historical places, and so on..... the weak trip finished.

We then moved to our normal life, Sourabh was married to a girl Kiran, software engineer.
Shashi, Aman decided to visit Sourabh home, as Shashi had not met with Sourabh wife, then we arrived at Sourabh home at the evening, we purchased some sweet along with the flower bookie and reached their. We had our dinner and started talking with each other, Kiran was a girl who likes to interact with people and share their views on the topic, as the discussion continued further, Kiran asked Shashi are you married or single, then Sourabh and Aman again started teasing with the name Bhavana, and we again went to Four year back story.

FOUR YEAR BACK

Shashi started telling him about the Bhavana and the related story about it, as Shashi started describing about her, her likes, her ambition and about her looks. All were earger to listen it and Sourabh and Aman used to make few comedy in between the story.

Bhavana, was a pretty girl, whose hometown was in Samastipur, a girl full of dreams. Bhavana has 3 sisters and 1 brother, she was the youngest among them. Her father was a bank manager and her mother was a housewife. Bhavana wanted to study in top MBA college, so she planned to move patna and took admission in TIME institute. As she was new to the place and people so she went to girl pg in order to get a room for herself. she then joined Time institute and I(Shashi) met with her(Bhavana) the first day of the class in the Time institute. "LOG KEHTEY HAI NA PEHLA JHALAK MAIN PYAR HO JAANA" i was also feeling the same. Mujhe usse dekhte hi pyar ho gaya. We met with each other share our name and exchanges or number.

We use to talk with our mobile phone before the class and after the class, the topic doesn't used to be regarding the study. We use to talk before the class, when you will reach the class?, "call me when you step out from the pg" and after the class " kya kar rahi ho, free ho toh miltey hai".

And so on we became best friend, we started sharing our personnel problem, family talk and we gave a title to our friendship as "BEST FRIEND FOREVER". Soon I (Shashi) stared liking her, but was afraid to tell her, as i was thing if i say "i like her", she would break our friendship and that the thing i don't want.

I started liking her, seeing her photos, listening to every word she would ask for or tell me, You all can say i was crazy about her.

Kiran stopped me at the middle, she told in the excitement " I know her", we all were shocked, she showed us the photo, and confirmed with us is she the same Bhavana, you guys are talking about, as she use to live in the same pg in which my office staff used to live. We viewed the photo and confirmed with the sparking light in the eyes( as the sparking effect was due to the water, which came out through the eyes of Shashi after seeing her picture) and said Yesssssss, She is Bhavana, the same girl i was talking about.

PRESENT DAY

Kiran called her female staff, who used to live in the same pg, she asked her about the address and the girl Bhavana. She gave the address, but told that she is not here, as she has went to her home for a 10 days of holidays.

Kiran and Bhavana have met each other, as the pg of her female staff was same, so she used to go for shopping few of the time. I(Shashi) was very happy as he haven't met her since the last four years nor have listen her voice. Shashi was feeling each days now as years. they days went remembering her and finally 10 days went away, now came the day when she has to return back to her working place.

Shashi,Sourabh, Aman, Kiran was excited to meet her. They planned to surprise her.

Sourabh, Aman and Kiran decided to hide Shashi at first and then after few time, he would come to her in the Pg and give her a surprise and the same happened.

It was really amazing, excitement and thrilling when they met, Bhavana was shocked to see Shashi. They ran toward each other and hug each other.

The first question was, How, When, Where, ................all at once, it was really a time when we were having no words to say, just to see each other.

She told about herself and asked her what are doing now, when do you reached this place, how come you know about me.........and my only question was "tumne mujhse ek baar bhi bola nahi ki tum ja rahi......tumne na mujhe apna number message kiya, na facebook, na whatsapp, .......maine tumhe kaha kaha nahi khoja......"

Bhavana said, "i always have missed you and always have loved you", but i thought you are busy in your own world, so thought not to disturb you. Shashi replied, "Pagli tumse hi meri duniya hai, tumse hi mera sab kuch hai...... agar tumhi nahi toh fir kya duniya aur kya khushi". Listening to these word Bhavana eyes was filled with water(tear) and she hugged Shashi and told  "I LOVE YOU", I MISS YOU.

Bhavana and Shashi returned to their home, talked about their relation and feeling to their parent and planned to get married soon, they had planned their ring ceremony on the same day. i.e, today. At the time of the Ring ceremony, when they were about to share the Ring, Bhavana felt on the floor, and when she was took at the hospital, she was declared dead, as she was suffering from cancer and was on the last stage.

So at last the future is unpredictable, when and how thing changes people aren't aware off.

So we should take change, whenever we feel right.

Another Love Story

It was a lovely December morning in the hottest city in the world. All right, so that was a little unfair. Chennai is not the hottest city in the world. But it certainly is the city with the most uncomfortable weather among the cities that I have lived in. And I've been around. But I digress.

I was in the company bus on my way to work, as usual trying to catch up with my sleep. On this particular day, a girl got on the bus, came to my seat and sat down. “Good Morning,” she said. I looked back at her through half closed eyes, replied “Good Night,” and then proceeded to return to my half hour nap before the bus reached the office. Unfortunately, I was woken up by a punch in the arm.

“Wake up, bozo!” She was looking at me with a big smile on her face. “I'm not sitting next to you to listen to you snore.”

Half-heartedly, I opened my eyes and turned to her. “What's up?” I asked.

Preeti Mehra was tall, good-looking and slightly tomboyish. She was also my best buddy. “Come on,” she said. “Don't look so disappointed. You'd rather sleep than talk to me?”

“I talk to you everyday, Preeti.”

“You also sleep everyday.”

“It's not enough.”

“So you've had enough of talking to me, eh?”

You can't argue with a statement like that, so I had to give up. I grinned and said, “OK, sweetheart. What's on your mind?”

“I wanted to tell you what happened yesterday. Can you guess?”

“Anurag called you last night.”

“How did you know?” She was stunned.

“Oh, he asked me for your number yesterday.”

“And you gave it to him?”

“What else could I do? And stop complaining. You've been drooling over him for weeks now. He must have thought he had a chance.”

Preeti was the kind of girl who would openly ogle at every other guy she saw. And yet, she would not respond to any advances of a romantic nature. She'd happily join a group of boys to go to a cricket match, but if asked out to a movie, dinner, or even coffee, she'd never say yes. She defined 'Hard-To-Get'.

“You like putting me in these situations, don't you?” she said.

“No. That's not true. I love putting you in these situations!”

That invited another punch in the arm.

I had known Preeti for a year. We'd tell each other about our joys and our sorrows, our victories and our defeats. I'd tell her about all my crushes and she'd scold me for being silly. She'd drag me to classical music concerts and I'd add them to the list of things she 'owed me' for.

And though I never let it show, I must say that she punched pretty hard.

~*~

It was 12:00 am and my phone was ringing. “Hello,” I said, as I picked it up.

“Happy Birthday!” It was she.

“You're supposed to throw me a surprise party, sweetheart. Not just call to say Happy Birthday.”

“Well then open your door, dumbo!”

So I did and found her, cell-phone in hand, at my doorstep -- with what seemed like half the population of my company. My roommates were supposed to be working late that night. Now I knew why.

I blew a lot of candles (seemed like much more than 25), cut my cake, got kicked in the behind, and got painted with the cake's icing. If Preeti had had her way, she'd probably have preferred to use a paintbrush and a can of paint. But I bribed her with a copy of the book ”Lord of the Rings”. She'd borrowed it from me three times already. I thought it was about time I gave her a copy for herself.

We chatted for an hour after everyone had gone. “I think it's time I left,” she said finally, trying to stifle a yawn. I nodded. I dropped her home in my roommate's car. As she was getting out of the car, I stopped her.

“Hey, Preeti.”

“What?”

“Thanks.”

“Hey, don't get senti on me now!” she smiled. “Are you trying to worm out of that gift you promised me?”

“You know, it's interesting how I'm getting you a gift on my birthday.”

“That's just because you're stupid,” she grinned. “And you better get me that book, or I won't return your copy.”

“Hey, that copy was a gift to me from my dear friend Preeti Mehra. I can't let you keep that.”

She wasn't falling for that. “Your dear friend? And what about me? Am I not dear to you?”

“Very smart. That won't work with me. I'm not one of your Love Crazy suitors. Why do you need the book anyway? You've read it umpteen times already.”

“That is besides the point. You are getting me the book. We both know that.” She smiled that wide confident smile of hers. “Good night.” And she got out of the car.

I sat there for some time, just thinking. Our conversations were always like this – a little joking, a little teasing and a lot of demanding. But somehow, I felt that something had changed since the moment she had turned up at my door that night. I was still in my reverie when a paper ball landed on the windshield. I craned my neck out of the window and looked up. She was standing in her balcony.

“What are you still doing there?” she whispered loudly.

“Waiting for you to start a paper-ball fight,” I whispered back.

“We can do that tomorrow. Go home now. It's way past your bedtime!”

“Ok, mommy,” I grinned back. “I'm going home now!”

~*~

I'm an extravagant gift-giver, and it is definitely going to be my downfall some day. I made her wait for it, but finally bought her the book. That, and half-a-dozen other omnibus collections of various authors, including a copy each of `The Complete Works of Shakespeare' and `The Complete Short Stories of Charles Dickens'. All I got for it was an “I told you so.”

I started spending a lot of time at her place after that. Mostly because I wanted to read all those books, and she wouldn't lend them to me.

“I'm not as stupid as you, ape-man. I'm not falling into the same trap I laid for you. Plus, you dog-ear your books. You're not doing that to these masterpieces. So if you want to read them, you read them here. And if you want to mark your place, use a bookmark.”

So that's what I did. She'd even make me wash my hands before I touched the books. It was as if they were sacred.

“Need I remind you that it was me that bought you the books in the first place? For my birthday!”

“So? They're mine now.”

“Well, then. I've been meaning to ask you this for a long time. Where exactly is my birthday gift?”

“It was in your tummy at one point of time. It's probably been washed into the sea by now.”

“Huh?”

“Remember the cake I baked you on your birthday?”

“You what? You can't bake cakes!” That was a mistake. She looked hurt. “You baked me a cake?” She didn't say a word. She just shrugged.

I was stunned. “But you never told me.”

“You didn't ask.” That was typical of her.

“It was fantastic! And you wasted most of the icing on me!”

“The cake was for you, dumbo.”

“How long did it take you to make the whole thing?” It had been a two-layered vanilla-chocolate cake with three flavors of very creamy icing. She had done all that!

“Well, the chocolate cake took an hour and fifteen minutes, and so did the vanilla. Then cutting them up and putting them together took another 15 minutes. Each flavor of icing took 20 minutes for preparation, and then putting it on the cake took another half hour. Cleaning up the mess took an hour.”

She seldom claimed the credit for anything, but once she started bragging, there was no stopping her. However, I wasn't thinking about that right then.

“You spent over five hours on that cake?”

“A little over four hours preparing it, and an hour cleaning up. Yes.”

I was speechless. I didn't know how to react. She hated cooking.

“I forgot to mention,” she continued, “the hours I spent the week before that, practicing. Even the birds wouldn't touch the first three cakes!”

I couldn't help but ask. “Why?”

“Because the first one got burnt, the second one was only half cooked, and in the third one, I forgot to add sugar.”

It was just like her, to try to divert the conversation. “I mean why did you spend so much time on baking me a cake?”

She looked at me like I'd asked her why the sun rises in the east. “For your birthday, stupid. Of course, I also wanted to beat every gift you've ever got me. Try beating this one.” She was grinning like she'd won the world championship.

As far as I was concerned, she had. I'd never spent a week making her anything. I'd never even spent an hour making her anything. Getting her a gift normally involved me taking her to the store, letting her choose and use my credit card. Suddenly, I felt cheap. “Thanks,” was the only thing I could say. ”Thanks a lot.”

“Hey. Are you getting senti on me again?”

I was.

~*~

I was still mulling over my feelings for Preeti the next day at work when my boss asked to speak to me.

I went over to his cabin and he started with the usual greetings, asking how work was going and whether I was comfortable. He then told me that the company wanted to send me to New York for a couple of years. Normally, this wouldn't have made much of a difference to me. I could work anywhere and didn't have too much love for visiting places foreign. But right then, the first thought that came to me was that I'd be away from Preeti for two whole years. Twenty-four hours before, I'd have been disappointed to lose her company. But right then, I was devastated. That was when I knew I was in love with her. I'd had crushes before. Lots of them. But this was different.

“Do you have any problem in going?” my boss asked, since I hadn't responded.

“Not really,” I replied. What else could I say? That I was in love, and couldn't bear the separation?

“When do I have to leave?”

I had a month.

~*~

“Wow! New York! Great! I've heard it's a fantastic city! Did you know it snows there in winter?” Preeti was obviously very excited about my going. She didn't seem to share my disappointment on what I now saw as 'separation'.

I had not decided then if I was going to tell her how I felt. We'd known each other for a little over a year, and we were very close, but beyond some mild flirting, the relationship had never got even close to romantic. That was, of course, until I found out she had spent a week baking me a cake. It's funny how small things seem to make such a big difference.

“What happened?” she asked. “You don't seem very happy.”

“Oh,” I replied, “it's just that it's so sudden, that's all. And you know I was never all that interested in going to America.”

“What an idiot. Go see the place. I've heard the women there are amazingly beautiful.” She had a sly smile on her face. I wanted to tell her I didn't care if I laid my eyes on another woman again, if she wasn't with me. But I didn't.

I realized that I only had another month with her. She'd rejected every guy who'd asked her out ever since I'd known her. I didn't want the same to happen to me, and I didn't want to make it awkward between us. I didn't want to risk that month. I wanted it to be the best time I had ever spent with her. After I came back from the US, I might not even get to meet her again. Two years was a long time.

We ate out almost every night. We visited some of the best restaurants in the city. She also helped me shop for warm clothes, formalwear, shoes, toothpaste and a million things I'd never have thought of on my own.

“You need to buy a nail-cutter.” My roommates and I shared one.

“I've prepared a list of must-have medicines that you should carry.”

“Your iron won't work in the US. No point buying one here as you need one that works at a hundred and ten volts and has flat pins. You can buy one at a K-Mart or Wal-Mart as soon as you get there.”

“You need at least two pairs of formal shoes and at least ten pairs of dark socks. The East Coast has a formal dress code. And you won't do your laundry more than once a week or two.”

“How many ties do you have? And which trousers do your blazers go with?”

“Better get a haircut before you leave from here. Knowing you, you'll postpone the first haircut for too long.”

She'd call me up at one in the morning to tell me to add 'one more item' to my list.

And with every passing day, I was falling more deeply in love with her.

The month swept by quickly. The day I was supposed to leave, I asked her to come with me to the airport. “Of course, dumbo. You think I'd let you go just like that, or what?”

After packing my bags for me and checking the lists for the hundredth time, she finally pronounced me “Good to go.”

We reached the airport four hours early to beat the rush, because it was an international flight. She got a visitor's pass to sit in the waiting area while I went ahead and checked-in my bags. Preeti had got a spring balance from somewhere and so we knew my bags were well within the weight limit. I finished the formalities and came to sit with her. We had only a few hours before I had to go for my security-check. We decided to get something to eat at the food court. And all the time, the one thing that was going through my head was that, after this, I wouldn't see her for at least another two years.

“Hey, Champ. Why so glum?” She saved 'Champ' for special days. Normally, it was just 'dumbo', 'bozo', 'ape-man', 'matchstick man', 'weirdo', or if she was very irritated with me, 'nutcase'.

“I don't want to go,” I said.

“I don't want you to go either.”

“No, you don't understand.” I couldn't hold it in any longer. “I can't stand the thought of living without you by my side.”

She stared at me. There was a strange look in her eyes. I couldn't read it.

“I am madly in love with you, Preeti.”

At this, a sound escaped her lips that sounded like a cross between a sob and a laugh. “Well, dumbo, you've picked an absolutely fabulous time to tell me about it!”

A tear escaped her eyes. It was all I could do to stop myself from wiping it off her cheeks.

“How long have you felt this way?” She seemed amused, though she was definitely crying. I didn't know what to make of it.

“From the day I found out you had baked me a cake.”

She laughed. “That's all it took? Well, bozo, I guess a way to a man's heart is certainly through his stomach! Hold it. A month? You waited a month? You were the one who kept saying that if you really liked a girl you wouldn't waste a day in telling her!” She was smiling widely now. It looked funny, with her eyes all wet.

“Well, I was confused. How did I know how you'd react? In fact, I still don't understand your reaction. I thought it would change things between us. You've rejected every guy who ever proposed to you!”

“That's because I'm in love with you, you overgrown idiot!”

“What?” Somehow, I'd never expected her to say that. She was in love with me? “How long have you been in love with me?”

“Ever since the day you offered to carry my suitcase for me.”

“But that was the first day I met you!”

“I guess I was always a sucker for chivalry.”

“All this time you've been in love with me and you never said anything! Then you go and complain that I waited a month!”

“You guys are so bad at reading a girl's mind.”

“You women are so good at keeping your thoughts a secret! Even Einstein couldn't figure you out.”

“Einstein was a nerd. Casanova, on the other hand, understood us very well.”

“I love you.”

“I know.”

That moment, my dear friends, was magic. I looked into her eyes and took her hands in mine. Physical contact for us had been limited, until then, to a punch in the arm, a slap on the back of the head, or giving each other a 'high five'.

“You realize, don't you,” she said, “that this is our first date?” Leave it to her to notice the little things.

“I really don't want to go.” I'd always maintained that love is a bucketful of emotions. I wasn't exactly delighted to be proved right.

“Don't worry. I'm coming there in a couple of months.”

“How? On a dependent visa?”

She laughed. “For that, I'll have to wait, won't I? I've got a project in New Jersey.”

I couldn't believe my ears. “What? When did that happen? You never even told me!”

“Well, I wasn't sure you'd propose before you left. And I couldn't exactly sacrifice you to those New York women, could I? I had to watch out for myself. So I went on a project-hunting spree. There is an opportunity coming up for a project in about two months. Someone is coming back to India, so I'll be taking his place. They want me there for a little less than two years.” She was beaming. “I realized I had struck gold!”

“And if I'd not told you how I felt? When were you planning on telling me about it?”

“Around a month before I reached there. I had to make it look natural. Or you'd think I was desperate.”

“Well, you are desperate!” This was incredible. All I'd done in the past month had been to mope around, listen to sad songs and write her letters that I never intended her to read. “You've been scheming all this while! How come you didn't lay a trap for me a year ago?”

“I tried giving you hints, dumbo, but you just wouldn't pay attention!” She was laughing. “You're the only guy I ever spent any time with. Wasn't that a big enough hint?”

That was true. She would happily join a group of boys to go to a cricket match, but I now realized, only if I was one of them.

“What if I had rejected you?” I was extremely flattered that she'd been crazy about me for a year. My ego was swelling.

“You must be kidding!” she was clearly amused. “I get proposed to every few days. You are the one who's been rejected more times in the last year than I can count on two pairs of hands!”

She really knew how to burst my bubble.

“Hey,” she said softly, “don't look so dejected. I said 'Yes', didn't I?”

I grinned. “Yes, you did. And you've made me a very happy man. But you know what would make me even happier?”

“What?”

“If you learn to cook as good as you bake cakes.”

So she punched me in the arm again.

1 October, 2015

I October, 2015

The day when I just break up my friendship with my very close friend, and the reason for the breakup was ,a confusion , which was bought my another friends of ours.
As she was arrogant to me while the talk, so was I , and due to the rude talk between ous. And not realizing or listening to the points, which was the main reason for the break up.

I just left talking with her, and have just deleted her number from my phone, but ofcourse I couldn’t  delete her number from my mind. Which was saved as a memory in my mind.

As the day passes away , I planned to just change my number, I know it was a not good decision to be taken. As I have already changed four number in the last four months, and due to this , I have been scolded by my parents. “KI KITNA NUMBER CHANGE KARTA HAI TUM AUR KAHE”, I have the same repeated answer to give back , tower ka problem tha who sim ke saath .

But at last I changed my number, and this time I thought not to distribute the number, as I used to do.This time I only gave the number to my parents and my close ones.

I just wanted to move forward in my life, and concentrate on my work and my future, par log kehtey hai na kehna aasaan hai aur karna muskil, mere saath bhi kuch aesa hi hua. I used to plan but was unable to execute.

Then my brother ,he was my friend too ,as when ever I used to get tensed or worried, I used to discuss the matter with my brother , and asked him for the solution. He used to tell me start focusing on your carrier , plan and execute the things you want to do. Work hard , study, because study and knowledge doesn’t get waste. It just enhances with the passes of the time.

My brother was a very big inspiration for me , as he used to show me right path and  increases my will  power too.

After few months of passes, I received a text message in my facebook, which was of the same girl, which I thought to forget. I believe every people who come in our life , come for a reason , and has a part to play in our life, for realising our mistakes, and making ous familiar with what is life.

Life has many chapters, every chapter has certains character, which we meet in our day today life, and get experienced, experienced may be good and bad, some gives us happiness and other sorrow. And so it is said also life has two taste ,one is sweet and other is sour.

I have met many people in my life, and get to know everyone has different thought and feeling. And so are the friends forms , whose thoughts matches with the other , they become friends.

As I said before , life is a play , which contains many characters with different roles, each has a lessons to teach us, to get experienced, in order, to just move forward in life.

I have many friends, which includes my seniors in my office, few just teaches us how to grow and success in life , and how to just adjust with the situation, and few are their who just says ki what you did was right , and few are ……..who says , how to just improve on that.

Its very had for everyone , to just decide which person suggestion is right or wrong? And this is the stage which makes us perfect and imperfect .
Because the decision, we take that time by listening other thoughts makes the type of character in lifes.

We should listen to other thoughts, but should do what’s basically shoots us, means to listens other thoughts and to just take good one of that , because every person thoughts differs, at the last it is up to us to take the decision , and move forward in life , and the decision which we, take or we can say the direction we choose to move forward, makes the type or the character to plays.

Every one has chance to become rich and to get success in ,life , whether it be the case of cracking iitjee or the cat exam , whats matters is the decision, which we take(the steps) which we take to just move.

You all have listen and noticed in papers and blogs that a poor family , a riskhaw wala daughter , or son has just scored first rank or top at cbse or cracked iit jee.

Its because the path , the direction the choose for it.

Few have thoughts that rich people have all comforts , that’s why they just don’t realise the value of top(rank) and all . and poor peoples have many difficulties(huddles) in their life, and their children just sees the conditions, and just get motivated to study ,

But this is not the case always , its correct  but not fully, as it depends on the candidates will power, and hard work , I told you before about the direction(which basically matters , the kind of person we become).

LIFE

Life

Few have complains, few are happy and few just waste.
What really life means?
No one can say, because life is what its beyond our imaginations.

Every people just define life as they life.

Actually I also don’t have the exact meaning or definition for LIFE. But I can say one thing, Life is very beautiful.
